I finally got around to uploading a picture of my finished project!  Here's a recap..

First, here was the desk pretending to be our old "entertainment center."

Definite improvement and looks great! :) I still think that was just such a clever idea and will, therefore, likely rip it off!

I love baskets- the greatest gift to making a place look organized while keeping a bit of chaos within! Got a ton of them in the bathroom, heh.

Not only that but it was so freakin' EASY! I mean, I went the extra step and refinished the bureau because it was beat to heck, but if you wanted to skip that part, it'd take maybe a half hour and one trip to the Home Depot to set it up? I think the most complicated part was drilling holes in the back for wires.
