how is it that I felt like a total shit today... it wasn't even all day, just once I stepped into my lab, I lost ALL my energy and I felt like shit.... I just kept my head down, but I wasn't tired or too hungry... I just felt crappy... maybe it was the weather... but the weather never did that to me before... gah!!! shit-tastic day today was...

yeah, i'm not sick and i don't feel fever coming on... its just mentaly ickyness... but I dont know why i was so down... i figure it'll pass soon enough.. at least i hope so.... like I didn't feel anything except crap/sad and I didn't what would make me feel better... ya know?
