Here's to hoping that the phone I want is at the store when I get there after work. Did preorder/do the prepurchase stuff online already. Barely an hour and a half, then I'm makin a beeline, wooohooo!

yep, I was able to get one @ the Palo Alto store. It's really awesome, truly truly fast, even faster than the original 3G. I upgraded from the original iPhone, so it's totally blazing. I'm still blown away by the performance!

How do you know it's faster than 3G if you only had the original?
