i have an interview on friday morning for an administrative assistant position. I feel as if i have snooped down to that next level. The one that i dared to not go. But on the other hand, one could think of it as an opportunity to have ones foot in the door. I havent decided which one to go with yet. Any thoughts ( Read more... )

getting your foot in the door is EXTREMELY important...it looks good on a resume to have professional job experience (no matter what level) - its better than a resume filled with service jobs (no offense). Also, it is a good networking experience - even though you are the low one on the totem pole you can still get your name and face out there so people know you and when real/important jobs become available --BAM-- they think, let's hire HOOD!
