Pain in the ass

So I have always known that I was a pain in the ass, but well now I have literally a lot of pain in my ass. I have had a pilonidal cyst for a very long time. For those who you that don't know what it is, basically liquid leaks and causes a cyst, but really it is a abcess. Now I am not going to go into a full version of what this is because well
