i too hate =over-indulge= -- but then i thought that i am becoming too much self conscious on what i like to do ( which seriously reduce efforts in to half cause other half is checking if i am doing it right or wrong ) -- which in itself is habit - which is contradictory in itself. I choose to forget about the later. :D
