yeah i've tries staving and i always end with be having a binge and gaining th w weight back, and some. so in the long run this is the most effective way.

Tank you for adding! I'd love to do slimmer Christmas with you, but if you way me to add you you need to take off the the mature content notice :D, because I can't add you since I'm 13.

also, I'm trying to be healthier, so could you add instead? It's my new account. I'm going to try to lose weight in a healthier way.
