not again

this is the second time i've been sick since the end of august. not good. last time it was pretty clearly that nasty coughing cold that's been going around and taking weeks to recover from... this time it's all sinus all the time. bah.

someone recommended airborne to me - have any of you tried it? i really don't want to get sick any more.

thanks. :) the turtle was able to provide some of that (and oj, too) before he left yesterday. and a cheetos colored goat, but i'm not sure that's doing anything to get me better...

oh, right - i meant to do tea tree oil yesterday. *sigh* thanks for the reminder. :)

i've been trying to do sleep and handwashing, and it doesn't seem it's working. :S

Oh man, what the hell is going around? You're sick, medlibrarygirl is sick. I'm sick. I'm doping myself up with the Cold-Eeze lozenges as they've got zinc and I've been told zinc is one of those supplements good for colds. While I feel pretty good while I'm sucking on them, the feeling doesn't last that long. However, I feel tons better today than I did early yesterday and Saturday evening. Just not well enough to go into work.
