I just got back from what was, for the most part, a beautiful bike ride. I've been laid up for a few weeks now with a few minor injuries, and was really looking forward to getting out to take in some of the lovely colors

What is in your water supply? That just sounds like an extremely hostile environment. I personally don't know if I could live there if it's as disturbing as you say.

Wow...I'm sorry. The downside of living with an open heart is that it's a lot harder to keep walls up.
