Work week 2

So busy. I am really at the point where the new hire class needs to get more into systems, and less about what to do within said systems. As I mentioned to our trainer, I don't know enough about how to use the sytmes to know what questions to ask

Can you just not sit near this woman who insists on passing notes?

Cause she's obviously disrupting your learning. Either than or just reach over and smack her upside the head. One or the other.

Unfortunately the instructor arranges who sits where. I think that the hitting her with a bat everytime she passes a note would be funny. I meant from what Collin has said even the teacher has told her to knock it off.

Collin, you need to go to Fred Meyer or Toys R Us and get one of those guns that shoots the little suction-cup darts. And *poof* her in the back of the head when she passes one.

You need to find one that you can hide easier though.

Or maybe just the rubber-band gun firing a wad of paper? An oldy but a goody.

I have one, it broke though. Need a new one.

I think the best part of today is one of the big bosses came in to talk with us and the note passer mentioned to her that the number of promotions that happen within the group that we are going to is a huge motovation for her to always be on time and to learn what she can.

Mind you this is the same person that always leaves the class in the middle of a lesson for a bathroom or drink break and is consistantly late returning from official breaks.
