Hi my wonderful darlings! For now, I have a batch of 60 random, colorful, fun icons for you all! There should be a little of something for everyone in this batch, so I hope you guys enjoy!

Stole 53 and 57. Icon-making must be quite stress-relieving for you to churn out batches so frequently (or maybe my sense of time is skewed and you don't make them as often as I swear you do). I kind of wish I had an activity like that for myself.

Haha! Sometimes it's stressful, most of the time it's stress-relieving. When I'm not inspired the icons turn out like crap, so then I stop.
When I get inspired, I could crank them out pretty quick. Alot of it starts from picking the right images to work with. There are some images I fall in love with, but when I make them 100 x 100, they just look simply horrendous, then I either get sad or determined to make it worth (which ends up still being scrapped anyways). :P

I definitely don't make icons as often as I used to, but I think I also have a better hang of creating icons now that it doesn't take quite as long as it used to. So sometimes my batches are bigger and better than when I first started when they were small and not that great. :/

You should totally try a hand at icon making! It's kinda fun :)

I never really understood how to make icons until I glimpsed a tutorial, and then I quietly shut the tab because SO COMPLICATED BRAIN HURTS. xD

Was it a tutorial for photoshop? Cause those make my brain hurt too, and I'm an icon maker! lol
People make icon making far more complicated than it should be!
Just pick a photo editing site or program. Pick an image, crop it the way you think looks best. Resize it to 100 x 100, and mess with the color until you're happy! :)

Awww, thank you so very much! I've been playing with textures lately, but still trying to keep them subtle. Instead of overpowering the details of images. :)

And yes! I actually switched that teacup in at the last min. At first I had another lips icon in #3, but I was like. Wow... so many lips in this batch. haha
