sounds like he's doing the pug purr! :D its a good thing!

scared us when we were at the breeders the first time. thought the puppies were growling, but its the pug purr! lol

Actually if it's the sound I am thinking of it might be one of my pugs does it and I think it's my phone on vibrate LOL
