A shiny gold star for anyone who can tell me what this song is. I know it, and I can't name it, and it's driving me crazy.

I think it's LA WALLY which I know from the DIVA soundtrack (do you know this movie? It's "Amelie" for the pre-Amelie generation) and if I'm right I get a PRIZE and if I'm wrong it's because it's midnight here.

I haven't seen DIVA, but now I'm curious. Any good?

It's old, and the amateur quality sort of shows, but if you liked AMELIE, a lot of that is an homage to DIVA, and... well, I saw DIVA when it came out, and I have that pure teen love for it that won't take criticism. I think it was a good movie; sweet.

GOLD STAR FOR YOU! puffpiece October 28 2008, 18:41:14 UTC
That's it! Although I heard a version on Friday that was a woman singing, and not Sarah Brightman, but a real, proper soprano. Andrea is great & all, but I'm on the hunt for this other version. Maybe it is on the DIVA soundtrack. Maybe it's gold stars for both of you. :)
