I just feel bad when I promise people things and say I will definitely definitely deliver and then -- don't. Heh. I am glad people don't seem to hate me for it or anything, though...

Hate!? Never!!! ;A; Anyway, most people are understanding and realize there's lots of responsibilities outside of fandom~ well, I hope so, or else I have a lot of people hating me who are too nice to tell me so lol I love how I have outstanding art meme requests I started 2 years ago. orz

Ha, I'm pretty sure I have unfulfilled requests that are almost that old. (I say almost because I haven't been around -- well, not on this account, at least -- for two years yet.) And yes, real life does intrude. Loudly. And not always pleasantly.

Me too. I'm not always a big Tennyson person, but Ulysses is gorgeous, and it's always resonated with me, what he's searching for and what he continues to search for. Plus, the language is pretty and it scans.
