My love for you is like a fountain of blood welling up from a hellbeast slain in the sewers, pooling into the Data Circulation System and being reborn again and again.
Evidently, your love for me is pretty similar because this is JUST THAT AWESOME.
The--conversation--totally blindsided me at the end, and. Yes. All the nods to the Wayward styles and the moments and Subaru isn't weak and seriously, YES. Everything. Thank you so goddamnedfrigginMUCH.
Followed a link from Mithrigil's journal over here and DAMN am I glad I did. Wow. I loved the way their paradigms didn't quite line up, both of them acting together but thinking such very different things. I loved the bits about lupa and jinana, how it almost explains subaru but then really doesn't, and is that Sera and Seishiro at the end? *.*
(Sorry I didn't get around to responding to this one until, like, now.)
Thankyou! I -- really, when I wrote this, I felt that I had to tell it from both of their perspectives, because there are differences both subtle and drastic in how they understand the world and each other, and how they reach understanding (if indeed they do).
And yes, that is Sera and Sei at the end. Mith did a follow-up to this from their perspective here, because she rocks.
