Hi guys! Sorry for closing the last poll late, life got in the way of punctuality. Anyway, James McAvoy and Angelina Jolie did not, alas, make it past the first round. That people voted against Sendhil Ramamurthy makes me doubt the existence of righteousness in this world.

I kept watching Heroes for that face. Heroes. Hours of my life I have not gotten back! And Zachary Quinto, him too.

I will join you in your Righteousness-Existence Doubting corner.

Perhaps it is that today's picture was less flattering than usual? Or perhaps the length of his name simply confused people into clicking on that button -- like gravity, you know, except with character count and clicks instead of mass and... matter.

WHITE COLLAR IS AMAZING and really solidly put-together and the actors have amazing chemistry and the relationship between the leads is fascinating and it is possibly the kinkiest show on network TV. Seriously, I can flail about it all day. Hnnngh.

Heck, I'm glad I don't have to vote in this one, because I would have a damn hard time choosing among the top five I've picked.

THE TICKY COMPELS YOU~

So do I. I am, admittedly, pretty allergic to Mel Gibson movies in general and I am probably least allergic to Braveheart, but it's still jingoistic and oversimplified and well, to quote Cracked, "We have to imagine that if Mel Gibson were forced to play a role any more layered than that of the just and righteous warrior-king-redeemer, his face would melt off from the challenge, revealing the circuitry within."

So yeah. (Plus, the actual history is like a million times more interesting.)
