The St. George's cross, you mean? Well, it's the English flag, not the British one, so yes.

The St George Cross? Yeah, it's just England playing in the World Cup rather than the UK/Britain. We play as separate countries in Soccer and Rugby, and Scotland and Ireland didn't qualify so they use just the English flag, not the Union Jack.
