Quantized is a term I learned in chemistry and introductory quantum physics. It refers to the idea of quanta, which are tiny packets of energy. The light that we see, say comming from a christmas light is actually tiny bundles of energy released from an electron as it falls from one electron orbital to another. So what seems continuous is actually a conglomeration of clearly defined parts that can only be as big or as small as they are meant to be, no longer or shorter or brighter. There's more to quantum physics than that, but that's the basis of all of it

hmmmmm..... neato...... it sounds really interesting. I think I almost get it, but not quite.
There will probably be food-making happening sometime soon. I felt kind of like the last dinner was kind of a mess on my part though, so some changes will have to be made. Anyway, if something happens, you're invited :)
Also, I have these essays to turn in for a Teach for America job application-- do you think you could tutor me on them sometime within the first couple days? (They're due on Sunday)
