No, as changeling72 said, I think your Queen Anne's Lace is Daucus carota, which has flatter heads to the sprays of flowers...

It doesn't show very well in this photo, but Angelica has a little globe of flowers on each stalk.

I'm pretty sure it's Angelica from the shape of the leaves - but I'd never be confident enough to pick it as a herb. There are too many poisonous umbellifers that like to grow beside water!

Ah-ha! I thought this had a faintly sinister air (the shaded part was showing very dark on my dodgy screen) and reading through the comments I see there are indeed poisonous lookalikes.

It does look very like Hemlock Water Dropwort - which is charmingly pretty, and deadly...
