How I wish we could trade. You can have the 100+ degree temps and dry, choking polluted air with a tinge of wildfires. I'll take the rain!

I wish I could send a little of this excessive rain to someone who would truly appreciate it!
I like the rain. But the gloom that comes with it, less so. This morning it is so dark that I need the lights on to see what I'm doing.

its called Indian summer in states or maybe it is later? what it is in english? sun lotto. well I am crossing my fingers for the good weather. and the longest most beautiful Indian summer

Yes, it's called an Indian Summer here in the UK, too, when we have a fine spell of warm sunshine in October.
September is usually quite a gentle month weatherwise. I don't know what we did to upset it this year.
