That is an erysimum, one of the multi-coloured ones like 'Jacob's Jacket'.
Wonderful dahlia colour!

Thanks! I thought it was erysimum, but my wallflowers are always long gone over by this time of year, and this was flowering enthusiastically.

Those red dahlias! The petals are so bright my camera cannot even focus on them properly.

Are the dahlias already blooming? Mine still have small buds. Dahlias seem to remind us that autumn exists )

Everything is flowering a month early here. I wonder will anything still be in flower in August and September?

Pretty flowers! What color are the geraniums you bought?

I went for a mix of red and white geraniums. And that's the last of my summer containers planted. Now the fun bit of gardening is over, and it is time to tackle the brambles. :-(
