Not exactly lush, these meadows. They are on thin stony ground near the cliffs. But the poor soil works to the wild flowers' advantage!

Such a magical place... Full of flowers and birdsong. If it wasn't for all the dogwalkers, I'd be convinced I had accidentally strayed into another century.

Aaaaaaaaah a proper meadow. It did me good to see that! i can't decide which flower I love best. Maybe the dog daisies.

Yes! I love the dog daisies on wild windy days when they won't keep still... Makes for some very blurred dynamic photos!
