Last night we went out to experience the crazy night life and ended up hanging out with another american and some english people. Alaina talked to this really wierd Icelandic guy on a bet where she earned 500 Kronur, he turned out to be some sort of local rockstar, she left and went out with him and got looks from people because he is some big ( Read more... )

I went to a concert yesterday and it was really quite awesome. We saw a flyer for a Pink Floyd and Led Zepplin cover band and we decided to check it out. first up was an opener who was just one guy with a guitar, he sang songs that we didn´t recognize until he finally played a recognizable song... who would´ve thought that Billy Jean would sound ( Read more... )

So, Alaina and I wanted to go up north, So we spent all of yesterday on a major journey. We rented a car that was pretty cheep in comparison to the bus, however, when we got in the car we noticed it was manual, so we felt like retards when we had to go back in and pay more for a bigger car that was automatic. I can't believe it, I am off to Iceland so very soon! where does the time go? I need to exchange currency, pack, make phonecalls, and basically run around like crazy.
