something is going on with the posters. we got a call this morning (6 40 ) and now my principal wants to talk to me, and kash n karry supposedly wants to press charges? but that was a week ago, and on top of that it wasnt anything worthy of pressing charges. so there must be something screwed up going on...my mom says that posters were being put up at night? thats not true. alright well we will see whats going on.

i want to know if what we did was illegal? what about freedom of speech and stuff, can you look that up for me?

i don't really know. It might be illegal to post flyers on private property without the owner consent. Or it could have something to do with libel, where they feel that their store's reputation was somehow damaged by the posting of these signs. I seriously doubt they would ever do anything. Pressing charges against a 16 year old who isn't a vandalizing outlaw wouldn't exactly be the best publicity for them. Either way, you are a minor, and i don't think they can't do anything worth worrying about.
