Puck's mom leaves. Puck has to deal with keeping his sister and him out of foster homes while being utterly destroyed that yet another parent abandoned him.

You can fit Kurt in there however you want. Maybe Puck goes to Carol/Finn for some help since he has known her so long.

Bonus if Puck quits Glee to work more/take care of his sister.
