The "Fic I Didn't Write" Game
Two years ago at about this time, we started a little game called "The Fic I Didn't Write". The community response in 2011 & 2012 was excellent, everyone had a lot of fun, and some really fantastic fiction came out of it. Well, it's time for the 2013 "Fic I Didn't Write" Game!
The way this game works:
1. Comment to this post with a title of a fic that hasn't been written. A word or phrase or whatever. Just the potential title of a Puckurt fic.
2. Comment to someone else's title with a summary/synopsis of the fic you didn't write that uses that title. Put the title in the subject line and the summary/synopsis in the comment box.
The Rules:
For example, patchfire comments with the title "Subscription Price."
I reply to her comment with the summary of the fic I never wrote by that title: It's the 1950s, and Kurt Hummel thinks he's ordering a subscription to Beefcakes magazine. Instead of a magazine, however, he is dismayed to find that an actual beefcake is delivered to his door on the first of the month. How will Kurt explain this to his father? And where is he going to put his beefcake? And should he cancel his subscription before next month rolls around?
superninjagurl then claims that title/summary combination, and on October first, begins writing her fic called "Subscription Price."

- Titles must be original (I mean, feel free to steal a song title, etc., but don't use someone else's Puckurt fic title).
- Story summaries/synopses must be from unwritten stories (don't comment with the summary of a fic you've actually written).
- No limit on the number of titles you can post, but only ONE title per comment.
- No limit to the number of summaries for any given title.
- No limit to the number of titles for which you can provide summaries (though only one summary per author per title)
- Pairing must be Puckurt, but can be crack!fic, AU, crossover, or any other shenanigans you can come up with.
- On October 1st, you begin writing a fic based on your claimed title/summary.
