It was one of those days when Kurt’s hair simply wouldn’t do what he wanted it to. There were stray pieces flying everywhere and the poof that usually gave him a little bit more height was deflating as he stood in front of the mirror in the boys’ bathroom. When he stood back to gauge how well he looked as a package, he frowned. He looked awful. It was of no surprise. I did it! An actual, proper, 100 word drabble! Also, I'm back up to speed on all my drabbles, yay me!

Buckingham Palace, February 1840

The young German footman stepped lightly into the empty room. His movements were precise and his turnout was exquisite. He had accompanied his employer, Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha from the cold German forests to the wet English court, and was a shining example of the best servant a prince could ask for.

Or so the prince thought, at least. He would perhaps have thought differently had he seen the salacious English gadabout following his footman into the Royal bedchamber, or seen the two men hastily divest each other of clothing and then enthusiastically rechristening the Queen's wedding bed.

As they fell into bed, side-by-side and plastered together, Puck knew this was a breaking point. This wasn't a circle jerk like when he and Finn had scored that porn and brought it to Richardson's house during freshman year. Kurt's decided it's time for him to stop drinking coffee too. Noah looks too miserable every time he comes home with a coffee in one hand and still talking to the office on his cell in the other. He thinks this is probably the first in a long line of realizations he's going to have as he starts to accept that he's going to be a father soon. Sure he knows that he's going to have a baby soon, but it's purely intellectual knowledge; he's just now slowly coming to realize that he's going to be someone's dad ( ... )
