:(( i had hoped that boston (that's where you're at, right?) would be near L.A. but as i said, i suck at geography.

*laughs* No sweetie, I'm in Chicago, which is smack dab in the middle of the US, all the way north. Boston is on the east coast of the country, and LA is on the west coast. *cuddles*

LA eh? The good old Windy Apple... Heh, at least you know someone who's worse than you on NA geography.

Shame you couldn't go to Europe, but such is life I guess. How long do you stay in LA? Apparantly the course I might be doing at Aberdeen gives time to study in North America or elsewhere in Europe. North America is tempting, I must say, but I think I'd be best staying within the EU, as I know where I am here.

What are you going to be studying?

why the hell is it called the Windy Apple? dude, i'm serious. i'm worse that you, man. i didn't even know that L.A is in California. is it? or is California in L.A? i'll shut up before i make myself sound even stupider.

if I go, i'll be there for two months. may and june. are you really going to Aberdeen? that is a lovely name for a school, and um, yes. i'd rather be in europe, too! :((

i'll be working, dear Matt, not studying. mandatory work experience for my film course. it's a documentary company of some sort, i think. associated with the discovery channel, if I'm not mistaken.

Um, it isn't called the Windy Apple, to my knowledge. And I don't which of California and Los Angeles is the state or the city.

Aberdeen is the name of a town in Scotland. It's one of the most northerly in the UK. And it's university is unsurprisingly known as Aberdeen University.

Work? I'd almost forgotten what that was, being without the ties of employment for so long. Really should've found a new job before quitting the old one... I love the Discovery channel! Except for that damned Animal Discovery channel spin-off. I hate that so much. :-)

AHHAHA SO WHY DID YOU MENTION 'WINDY APPLE', THEN?

scotland! i like that country. do you live very far from scotland? i just know that you live in a town with um pikes and people speak funny over there. :-? i'm not sure just how reliable information from jo is.

I LIKE THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL AS WELL.
