[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Strikes are cool to hack, and I'll usually post the hackability of posts within the post itself. If your character is more like frenemies, then "private to friends" can apply to you as well. AND AS FOR MIND READING have at it, but lemme know so I'm not confused?

[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Yeah, he's a bully himself, so I'm definitely down for him getting a taste of his own medicine. As for physical fighting, it's probably okay, but just let me know first?
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] ABSOLUTELY he wants in your pants. Unless you are a dude, in which case it's okay by me, just be aware that your character will be hit in the face.
