Tackling should so be legal. Has anyone ever thought about what would happen if you combined Quidditch with American Football?

It would be a hundred times better.

[Private to Slytherin - minus Prefects:]

This party needs booze. I've got some stashed up in my dorm, when the prefects leave we'll get this thing going for real.

sweet ideas, ~jules, quidditch, ~kate, sex/drugs/rock and roll, fuck yeah me

Right? I've been trying to suggest it the entire time.

Tackling would make it a lot more exciting. Especially when someone fell off of their broom.

You could start taking score by how many people in the stands get knocked out.

What's American Football?

[Private]

You do? I think I'll get there just in time to celebrate our win properly.

It's like...you try to get the ball to one end of the field, and the other team tries to stop you. But you get to tackle people to keep them away.

You alright, man? Hurry up, it'll make you feel better.

That sounds like an interesting sort of game. So, they actually are allowed to tackle people? No fouls like in quidditch? I think I might want to see a game of that someday.

Yeah, I am. I'll be heading down there from the Hospital wing in a minute. Pomfrey's given me the okay to go, finally.

I'm looking forward to those drinks~

No fouls, you're supposed to. No joke.

Good, take it easy, man.

Last game was surprisingly amusing to watch.

Sounds wonderful.

It was awesome, half of Gryffindor's team is fucked up.

Don't get drunk and start hitting on all the players.

Keep it up and I might end up changing my opinion about the game.

Don't worry. I know how to hold my liquor.

Why did you go to watch if you don't even like it?

You better, I don't want anything weird.

I think you just need to learn to be sneakier about causing injuries. Though admittedly, a full-contact kind of Quidditch would be fun to watch.

Can we attend without drinking?

Yeah, yeah, captain's already on my ass about it.

It's a party, dude, do what you want. Just don't ruin it for everyone else.

She can't be that angry. We did win, after all.

I wouldn't dream of it.

I don't know, she has a point. Ravenclaw won last year, we can't let them have a bunch of foul shot if we're gonna win.

Other than the hundred metre falls to the ground below, I think you're on to something.

You think so?

Sure, as long as you figure out how to keep people safe up in the air. If too many people die, no one will want to play.

I've always been a big fan of American muggle football, myself. I like the idea.
