Are we supposed to sign up with each relationship as a separate request, or can we group some relationships together if we wanted them within the same prompt? I can write an example if my question doesn't make sense.

Hi there! :)

All relationships you want to request go in the same single request. (You'll find the form only has the one.) You are only guaranteed to match on one out of all your requested relationships.

You can indicate in your optional request details that you'd like the relationships to turn up in the same prompt, but keep in mind your writer may only have matched on one of the relationships and might only want to write that one.
