Oh, I do remember your interesting idea for that historical novel, you had some time ago. Must've been 2007 or 2008, wasn't it? What you told us then, really sounded fascinating and I've been quite sorry, not to find anything about this story any more. So now, I'm looking forward again...

And it's true: you did achieve a lot of wonderful things this last year, darling. Thus you're right to be proud of and content with what you've done in 2010. As well as with your expectations for the coming year... ♥

Yes, that's the one. I hoped that you would remember, darling! I have used the original plot I had conceived for that story in the mystery novel I wrote this year, adapting it to our nowadays world. So now I'll have to create a new plot almost from scratch. I've been having some ideas, but everything is a bit vague yet.

Thank you, friend! ♥

Oh, I didn't know, you used the original plot of your *Secret Lodge* novel in your mystery novel.

I know, first you planned to place the *Secret Lodge* novel in the 70s/80s of last century. Then your idea was to write a historical novel putting it into 1850. So I totally missed, you took the same plot for your mystery novel in our nowadays world, which would mean 21st century. I'm a bit confused...

That implies, I'll never be able to read anything about those fascinating four young people trying to change our world's political reality, unless your mystery novel is translated or unless I learn Portuguese good enough to read it in its original version...

Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to your new plot. Your ideas are always just amazing, hon! ;))

I'm sorry, you're right, this is awfully confusing. I'm afraid that the plot about four people trying to change the world was lost when I first decided that the story would take place in 1850. They (the four 'revolutionary' people) are not in my mystery novel, and I'm afraid they won't be in my new 1850 story either. I'm sorry if I disappointed you, hon. This is one of the reasons why I don't like to discuss my plots before I write them...

It's sad that I have no time to translate my stories into English. Maybe one day I'll write in English again.

*hugs*

You have definitely been busy this year, hon, and you've accomplished so much!! I'm very happy for you -- best of luck in 2011! *HUGS*

Also, I can't wait to read more of your work! :D

Thank you, sweetie! ♥

Awww, I know, but translating into English is such a hard work... If I had spent the time I spent translating "Recortes" ("Clippings") into English translating stuff by other authors into Portuguese, I would have earned about ten times what I earned with "Clippings". And I need to earn my living. I really wish I could earn my living by writing and translating my works into English, but I don't think it will happen. *sobs*

Aww, I wish you could earn your living just by writing your own works, too. :( But maybe you will someday! You never know! <3 <3 <3
