Well, hello LiveJournal, I am doing a post. I realize I haven’t posted since June, and had been scattershot prior to that. Honestly, I will try and mend my ways, as I do miss the opportunity to (hopefully) write coherently and contribute something of small value to the universe. We’ll see what that produces

Easy words to type, less easy advice to follow, I know, but -- you were sick! It's ok to give yourself a break and work your way back up to things at the gym. Hopefully that will give you some stress relief from everything else.

I wish I could have come to SF on Saturday. It would have been nice to have had a chance to chat in person, but domestic life kept me captive in suburbia. At least I got the 30 seconds to say hi on Friday on my way to the train home. Glad you had a good weekend at least, but very sorry you are struggling so. You're handsome, smart, and have so many things going for you, at least as seen from this distance.

I'm adding mine to akira's. PS: I always feel a bit let down after a trip. It's normal. I'm going through the same thing, and I had 10 fabulous days, and today I'm not getting much work done.
