And now, some plain LJish stuff

98% of the teenage population does/has tried pot. If you're part of the 2% who hasn't, copy this in your journal.

OK, so I haven't been a teen in years, but I still haven't touched the stuff...

cabbit, ninjy, I hsve my usual LJ-joining questions for you:
  • First, are you sure you want to be on my friends list at all? People have complained ( Read more... )

I have some friends who are quick to anger. It might be a good idea to toss in a filter so they don't get to see the very worst, I suppose. But, other than that, a LiveJournal is for speaking your mind. I don't think one could complain that you're using it for that.

As for the colours, hm, White on Blue, Medium?

LJ filters don't work like that, though. To explain briefly, by default public entries are viewable by any registered user and anyone who isn't logged in (either because they can't or won't), friends-only entries can only be viewed by people one specifically puts on one's friends list but only if they log in first, and private entries are viewable only by the journal owner. Filters can only affect friends-only entries, allowing one to designate a more narrowly-defined group of friends who can read certain entries (only EsperNet IRCops, for example). 98%? Sounds made up to me.

Even here in Germany, which is right next to Ganja Country, I would guess it's more like 60%, maybe a bit more. I mean, even quite a few of *my* friends have never smoked a joint, despite plenty of opportunities. ;)

For that matter, I never touched that stuff myself. I don't smoke, don't drink, don't do drugs. I'm still kleeen.

Yay for determination.
