A Phallic Feast

Having a nice little quiet friday night in, just the wife and I, and decided to pull something out my ass. Metaphorically of course, but probably not a good one seeing as the dishes revolve around a) sausages and b) bananas. Bad subjects for an ass metaphor

Argh, I always make that mistake. I grew up saying Goreng Pisang and I keep reverting to it without thinking!

Those sausage rolls look really good and I love fried bananas, they do look lovely and crispy.

Thanks, the bananas were awesome but the sausage rolls had much room for improvement! Will be much better if the cheesy goodness didn't leak all the way out!

Sausage meat was really oily though, used a combination of blended chorizos and plain sausage mince. Thinking of the best way to drain the meat of oil prior to baking them as so much oil comes out of them.

They may have been oily but the blend of chorizos and plain sausage mince sounds yum! They will be awesome next time.
