And this is my first post from Singapore!!! I'm still trying to clear the backlog and so here is one less of those few more remaining before I'm finally caught up to the present. Thanks! It's always great when everyone is into the same sorta thing. Hopefully we'll be able to find like minded people here in SG to have dinner parties with! Any of you LJ peeps interested? :) heh...

I think we're too focused on chowing down local food at the moment to consider fine dining! But it's only a matter of time I'm sure :) Will keep you posted. I'm taking Erica and her sister to Mortons tomorrow night so will post the up the details from that outing after :) I've heard good things!

Haha, I'm sure the chicken rice you've had is much much better! Mmm... can't wait to go have my Boon Tong Kee chicken rice at River Valley!!! :) I love that one!

Thanks Nessa, it worked a treat :) I just made my own sauce from oysters sauce, sesame oil, and soy and all worked out great! I love the fact that preparing the chicken this way is just fire and forget! :)
