Weekend Update- Saturday

And a wonderful Saturday to spend indoors it was. With the sky gloriously overcast, and a steady light rain dominating most of the day, a better time to rug up on the couch doing sweet jack all there never was. Omg, roti john, beef pho . . . is there anything that you can't cook?! Those are the dishes that I've always thought impossible to cook at home!

I love how you eat soft boiled eggs in little egg cups (or shot glasses) - prefer mine asian style mixed in a cup with a splash of soy & black pepper.

haha, most things are possible and actually far simpler to cook than you may imagine :) As long as it's not french! Heh.... Even with many recipes, you can usually streamline them so they're far less complicated than they may appear.

Like you, we normally eat our soft boiled eggs asian style, with soy and pepper. It's still the best way :) But we just decided to get a little fancy on this occasion and try it this way. Looks more pretty! heh...

Thanks Lisa :) I have to say it tasted pretty good too and was incredibly easy to make! The hardest part was getting that infernal rice into shape! :P
