R.I.P. Uncle George

anailia's family asked me to speak at her Uncle George's memorial service today. This is what I said:

The first time I met George was about six years ago at a birthday party for the woman who would become my wife: his niece. She and I had only been dating for about two or three months, but she had already told me a lot about "Uncle George

I think that meant a lot to people. It definitely touched me and let me see some of Uncle George.

It was a very fitting tribute to him, his wife, and the rest of his family and friends. It deeply touched everyone there. He's someone that I wished I had gotten to know better.
