i just read foundation, by isaac asimov. looking forward to reading the next books in that trilogy as well. trying to read one now on the history of american democracy from jefferson to lincoln now, but i don't think i'll get through the book... i mean, i like history, but maybe not 1000 pages worth.
the hennepin county library system blows the doors off of the library in chattanooga.

yeah, i read the first half of People's History of the United States and it was good but history does get boring after about a billion pages.
I just started reading The Wizard of the Crow and it's stylistically amazing so far, like Murakami or something. Very good.
Yeah, reason #42302012 to live north and west of the deep south is investment in libraries, schools and other things that elevate consciousness and thoughtfulness.
I love Hennepin County, I always have a great feeling when I am in the cities.
