I like the names of the places though, although some had not much thought put into them, like Gremlin Forest.

Maybe it's where the mountain people dump the deformed members of their society, forcing them to live as one in a massive society of freaks and mutants. Referred to cruelly by other people on Rickatelynistan as 'Gremlins', these shunned members of the so-called human race live their lives in constant pain and feed off eachother's spare body parts and the occasional unfortunate traveller that ventures too close to the forest.
