So I found out that there is a contest on LJ to design a March Header.  Naturally I was all over that, cause I need as much practice as I can get.  I decided that since I'm not Irish that St Patrick's Day wasn't really the theme for me so I decided to go with a spring theme!  I checked and the official first day of spring is March 20th, so I made a
