UPDATE 2015: Smoogo P.A. 25 garage car is now visible in neighbourhood view!
2011, November 2nd: Since VPN's garage is currently down, here's the master car.
Note: I changed the default colors to those seen below and made the original colors recolors.
I also didn't keep all of VPN's colors.
