I feel unhappy. i just got into a fight with tim. i pushed him and called him a fucking asshole. he can just be so irrational sometimes, especially on weekdays for some reason. that's not really why im unhappy though. fights can be satisfying in a grimly cathartic way. its something about me that is bothering me, but im not really sure what it is. I was trying to find a female poet that i enjoyed, for an english project. in my search i came across this poem by Gwendolyn Brooks, a black, Chicago poet who published around the 1940's, and won the Pulitzer prize.
