I'm actually looking to move out. At this stage it more the number crunch game to see if I could actually manage to buy a place. I’m goanna crunch numbers with a friend that is a realtor on Sunday. Anyway I'll be crunching number this weekend I'm hoping to find out that I'll qualify for a 200K-250K loan. I should be able to afford that. I'll get mself a nice condo, hopefully a 3 bedroom w/ 2 car garage. From there I'll figure out what areas i want to look at
