[Neko's walking down the halls, headphones on and not looking too good. She knows her sphere is following her and she looks up at it for a moment, thinking about what to say.]

J...no...

Manjoume, want to go check out where that elevator goes with me?

[She's not really in the mood to wander with Joshua just yet.]

[Why no, he hasn't been trying to find an excuse to actually get himself to go. That bag of food supplies that he's already got prepared? Pure coincidence.]

[kuroi_sanda]

[He nods, and then decides to look toward you've noticed.]

...Huh. That's even weirder than the statues.

[For some reason, his eyes seem particularly drawn to that long staff there, incidentally. Not that he's going to comment as such, though.]

[psychmaster]

[She picks up the dagger and looks it over]

It's made of wood.

[kuroi_sanda]

That's odd. Why would anyone make a dagger out of wood? I mean, I could see a sword or a staff, but a dagger?

[Speaking of which, he decides that he might as well pick up that staff. Not that he's happy with the fact that he's feeling a random desire to pick up an inanimate object that he's never seen before, but as has been mentioned in the past, that will save? Not too great.]

[psychmaster]

I don't know. It's odd.

[She likes the dagger and slips it into a pocket.]

We need to be ready for anything.

[kuroi_sanda]

[He grips the staff tightly - if nothing else, it makes a decent walking stick, and one never knows exactly how tended to this path really is. There could be sink holes or other things to trip over.]

Knowing this place, we definitely do.

[psychmaster]

[She's also got her psychs in case they have to fight, but she doubted it. She hadn't even seen a squirrel yet.]

Who knows what might happen.

[and just to be a nuisance, there is a rustling from the side! And Joshua walks out- he has one of the staff things too]

Oh, hello there~ [looks between the two] I can see why you didn't invite me along now, dear. Don't mind me, I won't interupt your little date.

[psychmaster]

[And cue spazz.]

IT'S NOT A DATE!

Of course not~ [giggle]

[Cue spazz from here as well, especially because he's got his crush on someone -else- who isn't here. Also irritation, but that's also partly because Manjoume has issues.]

Just because we're walking through the woods together does not mean we're on a date! Sakuraba, who is this guy?

This is Joshua. He was my partner for my second week of the Reaper's Game.

[It's obvious from his expression that Manjoume doesn't feel any less irritated about Joshua, even knowing who he is and how he knows Neko (not that he knows what the Reaper's Game is, but he's not likely to ask). He's stubborn that way.

He crosses his arms, his staff winding up leaning against the inside of his left elbow.] Joshua, huh. Always this annoying, or is this just a special occasion?

He can get a lot worse.
