Someone please explain to me while, all weekend, I was up 'til nine and fell dead asleep, only to wake up at about nine the next morning exhausted...
Yet today, this dark and dreary Monday, I wake up at FIVE O-CLOCK after going to bed (not sleep, BED) at ELEVEN?
And I'm not tired.
At all.

Seriously I've had that happen to me before. Sleeping more can make you sometimes lazier and later on you have that energy built up you can later exhaust. I dunno, the body is weird
