Plums put in a blender with onions, ginger, garlic, spices and sugar, then boiled down into a sauce. Plum ketchup.

It tasted really good, actually. Same sorta vinegary-spicy ketchup thing going on, but a little sweeter and with a fruity tang instead of the tomato flavor.

Heard it's used more as a glaze for meats than an actual condement, though. :3
