Now there y'go! I think this is the first time anyone's ever responded to one of my lists with one of their own - the response I've always wanted for years...

I've barely listened to my turntable this year, or else I probably would've ranked the Group Doueh album higher. And I was in San Francisco for one night in November, and on that very same night Wooden Shjips, Psychedelic Horseshit, and Pink Reason were playing the Hemlock. I HEAVILY considered but rationalized that with having to take public transport back to my hotel near the airport (after BART/MUNI is shut down) and then having to leave for the airport around 5:45 that it wasn't truly in my best interest. And that will probably haunt me for the rest of my life...
