For those, who might be interested in it, the titles of episodes 9-11 has been announced some days ago.
9. 1- 9 1009 12 Jan 07 Forget Me Not
10. 1-10 1010 19 Jan 07 Cloudy...Chance of Murder

Not sure if the airing dates are reliable, though. They also differ from IMDb's Psych page.
ETA: sopay just let me know that Jan 19th, 2007, is indeed the premier date of the second part of season one. Thank you!
