I'm not sure about the specific fic you're looking for, but it sounds familiar. I'll try and look through my bookmarks some more.

As for other established relationship fic....there's All Over the Guy by rispacooper which has Victoria showing up at Lassiter's place.

If you don't mind self recs, I've written a few short established relationship fics. this one is about the slow process of moving in together and this one when Shawn brings home a stray dog. And this one about the aftermath of a holiday party. None of them are very long, though.
